A lovely shot Philine.
Philine: Many thanks, Frank!
She's beautiful! I love your image, Philine!
Philine: Many thanks, Elizabeth!
J'aime les différentes nuances de rose.
Philine: Oui, j'aime les différentes nuances aussi, merci beaucoup, Martine!
Just beautiful, Philine.
Philine: Heel bedankt, Ginnie! (John wrote me that his server guys solved the problem of slowdown.)

This is just beautiful, Philine. Wonderful colours.
Philine: Heel bedankt, Astrid! (SC is extremely slow, often I have to click twice to enter SC ... Is this a general problem of SC or only mine one?)

Beautiful flower.

I experienced slowness, even to the point that everything froze. Other internet sites were fine. I restarted my computer and everything is fine. I believe some settings must have changed on the SC server.
Philine: Heel bedankt, Louis!
John has just written me: "OK, the server guys have implemented a work-around whilst trying to fix the issue (it seems I was right that it had something to do with the initial secure connection setup - ironically with a bit that's supposed to speed up the setup!). Please let me know if you still encounter a slowdown."
Maureen has a large shrub of Camellias which I can see from my chair now, sadly the best of them are starting to die out but they were beautiful when at their best.
Philine: A beautiful plant indeed, many thanks, Brian!
How pretty the colours are. Makes me think of peppermint candy.
Philine: I like your comparison, many thanks, Mary!
I was only saying to Ange this afternoon that I would like a Camellia or two in the garden. Beautiful
Philine: It is a beautiful plant! Many thanks, Bill! The SC- problem seems to have been solved, John has just written to me.
We have a camellia in bloom, too - they do make a lovely show.
Philine: Yes, they are beautiful plants, even in wintertime. Many thanks, Prof. Wilson!
